Celebrating today with Ruth Ayres and others who share.
This past week, busy and fun, sometimes captured in photos. My daughter and family and a friend of hers and her son are leaving Tuesday for our condo and spring break in the mountains, them to ski and me to write and get ready for April, poetry month. I might be online, but am taking a break from blogging after Monday, want to enjoy the company every day, sometimes sit in a ski lodge and then watch outside to see what I can of the grand-girls skiing. They've progressed quite a bit this year and I want to see how they're doing.
This week, I celebrated. . .
And I celebrate the #MarchforOurLives, hoping that the message being sent makes our Congress act! Our votes will count in November!
This week, I celebrated. . .

ReplyDeleteThank you, Diane. I imagine I will. Certainly I will be looking!
DeleteHave fun! It sounds like a wonderful vacation destination and just the right activities to do while you are there.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm excited to be away. The mountains are always lovely to visit! Thanks, Andrea!
DeleteI love your shadow pics! And the pic of Ingrid, she looks so grown up. Enjoy your time away - sitting, watching, writing, and visiting. I'm curious about your plans for April.
ReplyDeleteYes, Ingrid is really growing up. She made one pass around this playground piece and we were off on our walk. I am trying to form a plan for April, but have yet to really decide. I seem to be busier and busier with the store, time away from everything else! Thanks, Ramona.
DeleteEnjoy the time of being. Blogging can be on hold. I am sure you'll write anyway, because the words that wish and need to be written will find you.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Terje. It's exciting to think about a break!
DeleteI love these daily celebrations in pictures, Linda. Enjoy your family time - there is nothing more precious!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tara. I will!
DeleteI love your celebrations. My crocuses are poking up out of the ground too. I'm also very thankful for #MarchforOurLives. I wish you the best as you have time away with loved ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Crystal, I appreciate the wishes!
DeleteSo much to celebrate here, Linda. Your flower photos give everyone hope that spring is going to come to us all! Enjoy your week ahead. It is our spring break too, but I have many goals and projects I hope to accomplish, so it won't be a very quiet week. That's ok, sometimes we need to use our vacation time this way.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Dani. I know what you mean about time for goals and projects. It was a special time to have before that crazy slide to the end of the year. Hope you have a good break just not having to leave the house too early!
DeleteLinda, spending time with your family is worth every minute. Enjoy your time away. I look forward to hearing about your trip when you return. Hope is a beautiful word especially when it signifies a new season.
ReplyDeleteYes, I am certainly filled with hope! Thanks, Carol. I am excited about this short getaway!
